The Novilunio Restaurant welcomes you in its bright, spacious dining room with modern decor overlooking the hotel garden. We have revisited traditional recipes from the Abruzzo cuisine with an original, creative touch, producing a varied menu of dishes made with select ingredients of the highest quality.

Our fish and meat specialities, starters, pasta and rice dishes, soups, side dishes, and desserts have all been crafted with great culinary skill and care, bringing out the aromas and flavours of each season and making sophisticated pairings. All of this is accompanied by an extensive list of wines from the local area and in Italy. The subdued elegance of the ambiance fits with the experienced, attentive service.

The restaurant can easily be organised into reserved areas to meet the privacy needs of our guests.

The restaurant is open from Monday to Thursday from 7.30 pm to 9 pm. Booking is recommended.
